How To Make A Website

First of All, Choose Your Website Platform.
  • You don’t need to learn HTML, CSS, PHP to create a good and functional website(if you don't want to be professional developer).
  • Before you start thinking about colour schemes, domain name and web hosting, you’ve got to decide what platform you’re going to build your website with.
I don’t recommend learning coding from scratch as it could take months, if not years to fully master.
And even then, you’re probably still not satisfied with the end result of your website. Adding content through HTML and PHP pages would be time wasting and really complicated process.
In 2017, most people and organizations use content management systems (CMS) to build and manage their websites.I’m recommending it, too.

  • Most popular and well-known CMS (website platforms) are free.
    • To put simply, a content management system (or website building platform) is a user-friendly platform for building websites and managing your website content, instead of using a bunch of loose HTML, CSS and PHP pages.
CMS is good choice for many different types for websites, as organizations and individuals can:
  • Copy/paste content into a page and then just update when changes need to be made. (i.e. like copying from Microsoft Word)
  • Don’t need to hire someone to fill a web maintenance role. (nobody likes to spend money)
  • There’s no need to buy expensive software to build out pages.
Using CMS is all very simple and user-friendly.

According to recent statistics, three most popular website building platforms in 2017 are.
  1. WordPress (FREE, 50.07%)
  2. Drupal (FREE, 17.07%)
  3. Joomla (FREE, 6.44%)
In most cases, however, Drupal and Joomla are too robust and difficult for an average internet users, hence the reason, I suggest sticking with WordPress.

Because at this point there are no better/easier ways to build a website; But more importantly:
  • 1. WordPress is FREE
WordPress doesn’t cost a dime to download or install (though it’s being updated each month), and there’s a huge community who help/guide people for free.
  • 2. WordPress is VERY flexible
If you know how to use Microsoft Word, you already know how add your own content. WordPress can be expanded with free plugins to handle just about any site you can imagine. There’s more than 2000 free themes to choose from.
  • 3. No need to learn HTML, CSS and PHP from scratch (can take 6+ months)
Since WordPress acts as a “website editor”, you don’t need to learn all the coding skills just to add one single image or line of text.
  • There’s no need to buy expensive software to build out pages.
  • 4. There’s huge developer network
Vast majority of web designers and developers use WordPress. This means you can get help quite quickly.
  • 5. WordPress is great for small and large sites
From websites to online stores, WordPress can handle just about any kind of website. WordPress is also used by eBay, Mozilla, Reuters, CNN, Google Ventures and even NASA.

  • Thanks for reading Answer.!
  • Hope it helps.!

How To Earn More Money

Provide massive amounts of value and get in front of the right people.

In my day job as a statistician and programmer, I brought in nearly $90,000 in income last year. I’ve been able to get to a solid level of salary at such a relatively young age (25) through advanced education, improving my skills (which I will detail in the next section), and being in a technical and highly sought after role at a great company.
Creating Value at My Day Job
In college, I was a Math major, and in particular, focused on the theoretical side of things. I wanted to apply my problem solving skills at the highest level. Problem was that theoretical mathematicians need lots of schooling, and don’t necessarily have the greatest job prospects.
In high school, I passed the Calculus BC test with a 5 and as a result, could start college skipping over the first year of Calculus.
Since I was able to pass over the first 2 calculus classes, this put me on the fast track to graduating. I came in as a sophomore because of my credits and was set to graduate in 3 years. As a 20 year old math major, with little to no applied knowledge, I knew I needed to get some more education.
Gaining the Necessary Skills Through Higher Education
I applied and was successful in getting into a Master’s of Financial Math program to further my education. At the same time, I wanted to test the job market. I was working as a bookkeeper at a hotel and restaurant management company making $16 an hour. At the very least, maybe I could increase my wage to $20-25 an hour and gain some additional skills.
When I was interviewing, I was a little bit disappointed. Many of the jobs for a mathematics undergrad paid in the $40-45k range, and were not all that interesting. Looking back, a computer science degree may have been the way to go, but I didn’t go with that.
I continued to work as a bookkeeper and started the Master’s program. A year later, I started interviewing again and successfully secured an offer at a highly reputable financial firm. My starting pay? At age 22, a $63,000 salary and a 8% bonus ($5k). In just 2 years of additional school, I’d increased my income by $20,000. I’d say that worked out to my advantage.
Congrats, I got a Job. Now What?
In 2015, I was paid about $60,000 through my day job since I didn’t get the bonus until 2016. This is fantastic for a 22/23 year old, but, my personality is NOT one to sit around and wait for others to help me, and to do things for me.
As I mentioned above, one of my goals in life is to increase my income, so I can save more and improve my financial situation. After seeing the success my father has had with his entrepreneurial and business efforts, I want to push the envelope and see what I can do. He is someone I look up to, and whose life I base most of my goals towards. With a great family, great friends, and great financial situation, there’s not much more he can ask for.
From 2015 to 2017, I increased my income from my day job by nearly $30,000. How did I do this? I’m sure there are many explanations here, but I’ll focus on three:
  • Providing Value to the Entire Department through creating Efficient Solutions
  • Securing a Job in a Highly Visible Department at a Reputable Company
  • Working on Communication and Leadership Skills
Creating Solutions which Benefit Everyone in the Team
“You can accomplish anything in life, provided that you do not mind who gets the credit.” – Harry Truman
Some work situations are difficult to navigate. Many people are trying to back stab you, and nickel and dime their way to the top. I don’t like that strategy, and instead look to provide solutions which make processes more efficient, and allow everyone to work less.
In my first year in my current role, we needed numerous codes to run testing on our models. Many of my teammates had their own code for these models, but there was not a unifying set of codes which could be used across all models. In addition, we were interested in adding a few more tests which would require new code.
I was up for the task. One thing I’m very good at is creating scripts which are usable for multiple situations. I ended up adding 4 different sets of code for the 10 team members over a 3 week period, and became a friend to everyone. I was just looking to help the team, and I ended up helping everyone – saving potentially 10-20 hours per person, but also allowing the output to be unified across portfolios.
Being a servant to your team and wanting to help others is definitely a recipe and strategy to follow to be more successful. I look to serve others and add value in any way I can.
The managers have agreed, they were quite happy with my efforts and solutions. Projects like these have definitely helped my case for a higher salary over the past few years.
Working at a Great Company in a Highly Visible Department
My current job is in a department which gets a lot of scrutiny from various regulators at the federal level. The team I’m in builds statistical models (different types of regressions, dependent on the target variable), and requires skilled programmers and statisticians to create these robust models.
In the banking industry over the past 10 years, there has been an increased need for compliance in a variety of areas. Combining the high scrutiny with required programming skills, you get a very specific skill set with few people fitting the mold. This allows for a higher level of salary across the department.
In addition, the company I work for is a Fortune 500 financial institution. All of these factors contribute to a higher salary.
Focusing on Communication and the Soft Skills in a Technical Role
Last Spring, there I was, age 24 and sitting in a room of 30 people presenting our statistical models. To my right, I had a few team members – some senior analysts and managers – who weren’t presenting. I’m not bragging, I’m telling you the raw facts of the situation. I was chosen by the head of our department to present because of my communication skills and my ability to translate technical concepts into every day speak.
I’ve been working on my communication skills for a number of years – through everyday conversation, by creating my blog and working on my written communication, and focusing who I’m communicating with.
Communication is only possible if the other person understands what you are trying to tell them. Focusing on the other person is of utmost important in communication.
To conclude on this point, through increased responsibility and solid communication skills, I’ve been able to increase my value and increase my salary.
Your Level of Success is Rarely Exceeded By Your Level of Personal Development
“Your level of success is rarely exceeded by your level of personal development, because success is something you attract by the person you become.”- The Miracle Morning
I’m not here to brag. I’m here to help you and your situation. I could have all the answers and information in the world, and it wouldn’t matter unless I shared it with you.
Value and success all come back to one thing: your personal development.
Back in 2012, I started researching ways to build wealth. I set a goal to increase my income, in an effort to increase my net worth. Along the way, I was exposed to the concepts of investing in real estate, and became interested in that asset class.
During this time as well, I started reading many great personal development books – books on communication, daily habits, leadership, and general life philosophy tips. With every book I read, and each concept I tried to implement in my life, I started to get better, a little bit day by day.
As a math major (and introvert), communication and talking about myself has never been my strong suit. After 5 years of working at it, doing numerous presentations and panel events, and blogging for a year, I can say I’m comfortable getting in front of a group, and I’m not longer stressed about presenting my ideas.
My Recommendation for You in 2018: Provide Value to Those Around You
My recommendation for you in 2018 is to provide value to those around you. That is a vague statement, so let me expand on it.
There are many people we interact with on a daily, weekly, monthly, etc. basis. With each person we interact with, there is an opportunity to either add to that person’s life, subtract from that person’s life, or leave that person’s life be.
Think about this for a second: how would you feel if you could add to every single person’s life you came across. Wouldn’t that be wonderful? If everyone walked away from interactions with you saying, hm, I really like that guy/gal.
It’s not going to be easy – and I can assure you, I struggle with getting in to this mindset with all I have going on.
Another recommendation is to read 1 book a month on the topic of personal development. I’d recommend starting here: 3 Books to Read if You Want Success. I wrote a post awhile back about the 3 books which made the biggest impact on my life.
Reading books about self improvement and then applying what you have learned will bring big results. Knowledge without action is useless, but with action is incredibly powerful.
Read 1 book a month in the space of personal development and look to add to people’s lives, and I guarantee you will be seen as more valuable in the eyes of others in 2018 and the years to come.
Provide value, and get paid.

How To Be A Successful Blogger

Blogging, content marketing, and writing in general is one of the best things you can do to build your own personal brand.

I got into writing because it's a great way to sell more of what you are good at.
Here is how I got into blogging:
  1. Consume A-grade content
The best part about the web is you can literally learn from the best for free. When I got started, I read some of my favorite writers (and friends now) such as Neil Patel, Ramit Sethi, James Altucher, John Rampton, Murray Newlands, and many many more.
Learn HOW they write, what format they use, word choice, etc. Take time to really grasp how they do it.
2. Write about what you are passionate about
Once you've learned how the best people in the industry write, it is now time to start writing!
I use Wordpress where there are a ton of free templates that can help get you started. In fact, it would take you less than 1 hour to set one up.
My biggest suggestion is write what you are good at and what you are passionate about. In my case, I stick to content marketing, social media, PR, and growth. Focus on informing others about what you are all about, not selling what you do.
3. Connect with and help other bloggers
Once you've admired and learned from the best, tried writing a few posts, it's now time to reach out.
I use Content Marketer .io to help with my outreach, but first reach out to people that are in your domain that will understand what you are writing about.
Here's an example of what to say:
Dear blogger,
I've been a huge fan of your content, and especially loved the piece on B2B Marketing for Ecommerce companies.
I recently wrote a piece on B2C Marketing and would love your feedback to learn how I can make it better.
Thanks,
Chirag
From here, you will most likely here back from them if they aren't too prolific and give you honest feedback. Take it. And make your posts better.
I use products like Qualaroo to ask my community directly what would be interesting topics or things they are struggling with for me to write.
4.Syndicate across other columns
The last step is to start writing for larger publications or audiences so you can increase the reach of your message.
My go to way to this is my reaching out to bloggers in my domain that have a sizable audience. You have to be careful because if you are writing a great post you don't want to post to a website that only gets 100 page views a month.
Ideally you want to start writing for Inc, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Huffington Post, etc. in order to spread the message behind your writing and continually build your brand.

How To Be Happy Always

Want to be happier? Begin by being good to yourself. That may sound self-evident, but too many people skip this step and try to make themselves happy by chasing ever-higher goals, or holding themselves to ever-greater standards of perfection.
Ironically, being good to yourself instead will bring you closer to achieving those lofty ambitions, says Daylle Deanna Schwartz, speaker, columnist, and author of 15 books, including "The Effortless Entrepreneur." "The more you value yourself, especially at work, the more you build confidence," she says.

In fact, the happiest people go out of their way to treat themselves right and they do something nice for themselves each day. They set appropriate boundaries and take care of themselves by saying no to things when they need to. "When you love yourself, you understand that saying no to something you don't want to do is an act of kindness, and you don't walk around with negative feelings toward the person who asked you to do something you didn't want to do," Schwartz says.
Not only is being kind to yourself good for your career, it's good for your relationships too, she adds. "The more you build self-love, the more you have to give to others."
Here are 11 acts of kindness happy people perform for themselves--and so should you:
1. Commit to doing one nice thing for yourself every day.
Schwartz invites visitors to her site to sign a 31-day pledge to "do my best to do something loving for myself, however big or small." Whether you feel like signing or not, making the commitment means you'll remind yourself on a daily basis to treat yourself with loving kindness.
Keeping that commitment will bring real benefits, she says. "It motivates you to take better care of yourself, go after your dreams, and not let people treat you poorly."
2. Listen to yourself.
That is, listen to how you talk to yourself, and the internal tone of voice you use. (Mine tends to resemble my mother's in a lecturing mode.) "We often criticize ourselves in our own heads and that brings down our confidence," Schwartz says. "When you love yourself, you know you're good enough that you have to stop talking to yourself in negative terms."
3. Forgive yourself.
"Forgiveness is a big part of it," Schwartz says. "It's hard, because most of us have been getting angry at ourselves for all the things we do wrong all our lives. People get into trouble because they try so hard to be perfect and then they beat themselves up when they're not. Loving yourself means accepting that you're stuck inside your own imperfect skin."
Schwartz recommends this exercise to start forgiving yourself: "Look in the mirror and say, 'I love you and I forgive you.'"
4. Accept yourself as you are right now.
For starters, that means accepting the body that you have today. "Body image is a big stumbling block, and so is age," she says. "When you love yourself, you try to be the best person you can be in the body that you have, and that's as much as you can do."
Self-acceptance also means accepting your income and success level as they are, she says. "It's OK not to be making a certain amount by the time you get to a certain age," she says. "Entrepreneurs get a lot of criticism when people say, 'Why are you wasting your time doing that?' or 'You're not successful enough!'"
Instead, she recommends asking yourself a simple question: "Am I happy with what I'm doing?" She herself sold a successful summer recreation business when she found it was becoming too stressful. "I wound up with less income but I was happier."
5. Eliminate toxic people in your life and workplace.
This may be easier said than done, but avoid tying yourself to clients, business partners, investors, or employees who make you unhappy. It's obviously harder to take the same approach with family members, but Schwartz says there's no reason to put up with people saying or doing things that are unkind. "If people say mean things to me, I let them know if they talk to me like that I'm going to walk away or hang up the phone," she says.
6. Prioritize your health.
"I take supplements and vitamins, I exercise, and I recently cut out sugar for seven weeks as an act of self-love," Schwartz says. But be careful--don't let caring for your health turn into a reason to beat yourself up if you slip. "Yesterday, I had Twinkies," she says. "I've been wanting them ever since they temporarily stopped selling them. So I bought some and I ate them. I don't beat myself up when I have a treat."
7. Stop skipping meals.
"People say, 'I've been so busy I had no time to eat today,'" Schwartz says. "That's a very unloving thing to do. Grab something, even if it's just a salad."
Neuroscience tells us that letting your blood sugar sink sends stress signals to your brain. So if you truly can't stop and grab a meal, make sure you have healthy snacks at your desk.
8. Breathe!
Don't forget that when you're feeling stressed, overworked, or upset, simple breathing exercises can up your happiness quotient dramatically, Schwartz says. "If you do some deep breathing during the day, you can calm yourself down and not let stress get to you or make you sick."
9. Give yourself a welcoming space.
For years, Schwartz never made her bed, simply throwing the covers over it. Now she makes it every day for a simple reason: "Walking into my bedroom when my bed is made makes me smile."
Take the same approach with your workspace, she advises. Make it as orderly as you can. Neatening up your workspace and getting rid of stuff you don't need will make you feel calmer and more in control, she says. But don't limit yourself to just decluttering. "Make sure you have your environment and office space the way you like it and that it's a pleasant place for you to work," she says. "Have fresh flowers on your desk. Take it seriously."
10. Get some sunlight.
"A lot of people work in dark spaces. That's very unhealthy and unloving," Schwartz says. Try to work in a place where you have access to natural light, she advises. If that's not possible, invest in full-spectrum light bulbs. Either way, make sure to get outside for a walk as often as you can.
11. Buy premium products for yourself.
Does this sound like you? If you're bringing a bag of coffee to someone else, you pick out a luxury brand in a nice package, but if you're buying it for yourself, you pick the store brand or another inexpensive option. That's fine if you're one of these people to whom all coffees taste alike. But if you prefer the more expensive brand, you should go for it, Schwartz says.
"Very often we spend money on others but we're cheap with ourselves," she says. "The better brand is only a few dollars extra, and every time you use it you're reinforcing to yourself that you're worth mOre”.
